That’s why our strategy is dual and powerful:
• Promotion of Public Housing: We are accelerating the construction of public housing.
• Promotion of Private Investment: We create security and facilities for investors who are committed to our town.
Within this framework, we have held key meetings with investors to coordinate the development of the “Residencial Benllure” project. A strategic project that will allow us to:
• Provide a concrete response to the housing problem.
• Offer legal and economic security to developers.
